You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the “My feedback” filter and select “My open ideas”.

    1. Mobile: show more detail for map selection

      Instead of a drop down to select a map to view on the mobile site, show a full page, scrollable list of maps with details like description, ratings, location, etc so you can find the maps you are interested in more quickly.

      • User Data: allow users to upload and manage datasets

        Expose the current admin web-based tools for allowing users to upload and manage their own datasets with spreadsheets and web tools. This is functional for admins, but needs a more user-friendly interface.

        • API Key: Implement signup and rate increase

          The API Key functionality is not yet live. Add this functionality and let people append the key to requests to increase their daily request limit.

            API keys are now live in everyone’s account. You can see your key on your main user page at the bottom right. Rate limits are enforced now, but if you use your key you can increase your daily limit 5 fold. This also will allow reporting and site tracking for where you use it, but this is not yet live.

          • Feature: Favorite Locations

            Saves locations you type automatically. You can then choose your favorites from this list and access them at any location on the site.

            • Opera: Google Maps cause errors

              None of the maps work fully in opera. Javascript errors seem to come from either Google or Prototype.js.
